why do we choose "stock exchange"?

YUP! It came first to our mind when Mr. Alex Jatmiko asked us to determine a name for our financial management’s group! beside that, we choosed that name because we believe that people already know what it is. Stock exchange or “bursa efek” (in Indonesia) is a place where people (corporations) with surplus fund can meet with people (corporations) who need fund to maintain their business. The word “meet” does not mean that people (corporations) directly meet each other but they use a service from broker to process the distribution of the surplus funds.
